Laura Penhaligon proposes leaving the helpdesk connector and installer account grouping until the new year and asks Bas Kuijpers for a January session day. Logistical thread with no customer response in it.

Ask: Laura wants a first-week January session, starting with the helpdesk connector and then deciding which account managers get access first.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. Bas is thanked for the connector work this month, which suggests progress, but the thread does not show his view.

Next: Bas to name a day in the first week of January.

Hi Bas, A quick note before the holidays. Thank you for the work on the connectors this month, it has moved well. We still have the helpdesk connector and the grouping of installer accounts to do. I suggest we leave these until the new year rather than rush them this week, since many of your colleagues are away and I would like the account managers to see the result when they are back. Could you tell me which day in the first week of January suits you for a session? I would like to start with the helpdesk connector, then look at who among your account managers should be given access first. Have a good break. Best, Laura
