Hi Bas, I would like to book the first onboarding working session with you this week, now that the access question is moving. The plan for the session is simple: we connect the CRM, check that the first records arrive, and agree how the installer accounts should be grouped. It takes about two hours, and it is best done with you on screen. Would Wednesday or Thursday afternoon suit you? If neither works, tell me what does and I will fit around you. Thanks, Laura

Hi Laura, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days here. Wednesday is gone now, so Thursday afternoon would be good for me. After 13:00 is best, because I have a meeting with the sales team before that. I will make sure the CRM login is ready before we start. Thanks, Bas
