Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. The evidence does not show whether Clara or colleagues attended.
Next: Alice's chosen topics include supplier consolidation and what is worth paying for, which suit a procurement reader. This is a marketing contact, not a commercial discussion.

- Alice Brewer 19 Nov 2025 15:08Hello Clara, I'm writing to invite you to our Revenue leaders roundtable in London on Tuesday 25 November 2025. It is an in-person session, a small group of heads of revenue and operations comparing notes on how they get one view of each client across their systems. I know procurement is not the obvious seat at that table, but several of the topics, supplier consolidation and how teams decide what is worth paying for, are ones I think you would have a view on. Vellacott Payments is also one of the more interesting examples of an Enterprise team using the brain across partnerships, onboarding and complaints, so your colleagues' perspective would be welcome too. Please feel free to pass this on to anyone on your side who would like to come. The story here is a practical one: no slides for the sake of it, mostly discussion, and you would leave with a couple of ideas you can use the following week. Could you let me know by the end of this week whether you can make it, and whether anyone else from Vellacott would like a place? I'll send joining details once I have names. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
