What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell summarised the 9 Dec 2025 check-in: usage up, quiet support, invoices paid. CFO Graeme Charlton asked for renewal paperwork and wants cost and return before it goes to the board.
Ask: Graeme asked for the renewal paperwork to be sent and kept simple. He needs to see what it costs and what the return is before it goes to the board.
Customer view: Positive on usage going the right way. The value case is the gate, not satisfaction or payment.
Next: Lewis Kerr to send the renewal paperwork ahead of the 5 Jan 2026 term end, with a cost and return case. Marcus flagged Graeme's wish for referral and reporting-turnaround data in one place across the trusts.

- Marcus Bell 9 Dec 2025 11:13Hi Graeme, Thanks for making time for the check-in today. I've pulled the numbers and wanted to put the main points in writing: - Usage is up on the previous quarter, with more of your contract managers logging in each week. - Support has been quiet: a couple of tickets in the last month, none urgent. - Invoices are all paid and nothing is outstanding. On your side, the contract runs to 5 Jan 2026, so Lewis will be in touch about the renewal shortly. You mentioned wanting to see more of the referral and reporting-turnaround data in one place across the trusts, and I think that is worth a conversation with him. Happy to jump on a call if anything above looks off. Thanks, Marcus
- Graeme Charlton 9 Dec 2025 11:53Marcus, Thank you, that is a clear summary. Usage going the right way is what I wanted to hear. Please have Lewis send the renewal paperwork when ready. Let's keep it simple: I need to see what it costs and what the return is before it goes to the board. Graeme
