What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell set the renewal conversation for 30 minutes at 15:00 with Lewis Kerr. Graeme Charlton asked for written terms beforehand to check they are within budget.
Ask: Marcus asked to set a date, citing 40 users at £51k a year and healthy usage.
Customer view: Graeme agreed but asked for anything in writing first so he can check it is within budget, which signals price sensitivity.
Next: Lewis is sending written terms ahead of the 15:00 call.

- Marcus Bell 19 Nov 2025 09:59Hi Graeme, The current contract ends on 5 Jan 2026, so I'd like to set a date for the renewal conversation. The licence is for 40 users at £50,800 a year today, and usage has been healthy, so I expect this to be straightforward. Would next week suit? I'll bring Lewis along for the commercial side. Thanks, Marcus
- Graeme Charlton 19 Nov 2025 10:32Marcus, Yes, next week is fine. Monday afternoon is best for me. Please send over anything in writing beforehand so I can check it is within budget. Graeme
- Marcus Bell 24 Nov 2025 12:28Hi Graeme, Thanks for your patience on this. I've put 30 minutes in for this afternoon at 15:00 and Lewis will join. He's sending the written terms across ahead of it so you'll have them in front of you. Speak soon, Marcus
