- Marcus Bell 7 Oct 2025 17:20Hi Graeme, This is the formal renewal notice for Kingdon Diagnostics. Your current Growth contract (£50,800 a year, 40 licensed users) runs to 5 Jan 2026, and we'd like to get the renewal agreed well before then. Where things stand: - Usage has been steady and nothing is outstanding on invoices or support. - We have an open renewal deal on our side, currently written up at Enterprise tier with a total value of £119,000. Lewis owns the commercial terms and will walk you through what that covers and how it compares with staying on Growth. - We're aiming to have it signed by 22 Dec 2025. I've copied Lewis so you have both of us in one place. Happy to jump on a call if it would help to go through the numbers first. Shall we book 30 minutes? Thanks, Marcus
