What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr asked for a live proposal walkthrough and to confirm what Kingdon wants to buy by the 5 Jan 2026 renewal. Aisha Bukhari agreed, wants one clear version before Graeme, and asked about adding users mid-term.
Ask: Aisha wants to see the proposal before taking it to Graeme, and wants to know what the contract says about adding users part way through the term.
Customer view: cooperative but cautious. She wants no surprises for the trust and a single clear version.
Next: Lewis to hold the walkthrough on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning, ideally before ten, with the mid-term user terms ready.

- Lewis Kerr 6 Aug 2025 13:40Hello Aisha, Thank you for your time on the call. I said I would pull the proposal together for Kingdon, and I'll send that over today so you have it in writing. Before it goes any further, I'd like to walk you through it live rather than leave you to read it cold. Could we find thirty minutes next week? I would also like to confirm what you want to buy and by when, so the quote lines up with your renewal on 5 Jan 2026. Let me know which days suit you and I'll work around them. Kind regards, Lewis
- Aisha Bukhari 8 Aug 2025 09:54Hello Lewis, Thank you, and apologies for the slow reply. It has been a busy week with the contract reviews. A walkthrough would be helpful. I would like to see the proposal before I take anything to Graeme, as I would rather he saw one clear version than several drafts. Tuesday or Wednesday morning next week would work for me, ideally before ten. One thing to have ready: what does the contract say about adding users part way through the term? I want no surprises for the trust. Best wishes, Aisha
