Marcus Bell proposed a QBR agenda with usage moving the right way. Aisha Bukhari accepted the agenda, prefers Thursday morning and wants the usage summary a day ahead to review the turnaround figures.

Ask: Marcus proposed an hour-long QBR covering contract manager usage across the trusts, the reporting-turnaround view and any changes wanted.

Customer view: Aisha agreed the agenda and wants time beforehand to check the turnaround figures herself.

Next: Marcus should send the usage summary a day or so ahead of the Thursday session.

Hi Aisha, Hope the week has started well. It's time we got the next QBR in the diary. I've pulled the numbers for Kingdon and usage is moving in the right direction, so I think we'll have something useful to look at together. What I'd like to cover: - how the contract managers are using the brain across the trusts - the reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices view - anything you want changed before the next review Could you do Tuesday or Thursday next week? Happy to jump on a call for about an hour, and I'll share my screen and walk through it. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thank you, that agenda looks right to me. Thursday works better for me, ideally in the morning, as I would like some time beforehand to look at the turnaround figures myself. No surprises for the trust. If you could send the usage summary a day or so ahead, I will read it properly and bring my questions. Best wishes, Aisha
