As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown sent the Growth order form at £54k. Graeme Charlton asked whether that is the first-year total including implementation. Tom confirmed it is the total deal value, not an annual price.
Ask: Graeme needed to know if £54k covers the first year including implementation, and whether it fits the budget, before going to his board. He asked for one page showing what Kingdon pays and when.
Customer view: cautious but engaged. Tom replied five days later, and the thread shows no signature yet.
Next: the order form is still open until executed; the board needs a clear payment schedule.

- Tom Ashdown 19 Dec 2024 09:56Hi Graeme, Following our conversations over the last few weeks, I've attached the Growth order form for Kingdon Diagnostics for signature. The deal amount is £53,800, which includes the one-off implementation fee. I'll leave that with you to look over. If your team want to go through any of the terms, let's get something in the diary. No drama if it needs a tweak. Best, Tom
- Graeme Charlton 19 Dec 2024 10:43Tom, Thanks. Received. Can you confirm the £53,800 is the total for the first year including implementation, and not the annual subscription alone? Is that within the budget we discussed? I need to be sure before it goes to our board. Let's keep it simple: one page showing what we pay and when. Graeme
- Tom Ashdown 24 Dec 2024 12:00Hi Graeme, Sorry for the delay, it's been a busy week. Yes, to confirm: £53,800 is the total deal value and it includes the implementation fee, so it is not an annual price on its own. The order form sets out the split, and our finance team will invoice in line with it. Our target is to get it signed by Monday 23 Dec 2024 has passed, so whenever suits you now is fine. Let me know if the board needs anything else from me. Cheers, Tom
