Ask: Daniel wants a time in the next couple of weeks to review usage before anything is signed. He promised a short usage summary by the end of the week.

Commercials: The notice states £48k as the contracted annual recurring revenue for 50 licensed users. Tom Ashdown's Enterprise option is £129k total deal value, not an annual price, and Tom is to confirm in writing what it covers.

Customer view: There is no customer response in the thread.

Hello Philip, Just to give you proper notice: the Pentreath Cold Chain Growth subscription runs to 27 Dec 2026. The contracted annual recurring revenue is £47,500, covering 50 licensed users, and you have been with us since 28 Dec 2023. I would rather you heard about the renewal now than found it on an invoice. Before anything is signed, I would like to look with you at who is using the brain and what it is doing for the account managers. I know that is the question you will ask, and I would sooner answer it with the usage in front of us. Tom has an Enterprise option open for the renewal, with a total deal value of £129,000. Please do not read that as an annual price: it is the overall value of the deal and may include one-off implementation work. Tom will confirm in writing exactly what it covers and how it compares with staying on Growth. We are aiming to have the renewal settled by 7 Dec 2026, ahead of the end date. Could you let me know a time in the next couple of weeks that suits you? I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a short usage summary so you have it beforehand. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
