Hello Kerensa, I hope the week has been kind to you. I wanted to find a time for a proper check-in over the next couple of weeks. Things have settled nicely since go-live and I would like to hear how the team is finding it, particularly the account managers. Would forty-five minutes work for you on a Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon? If Dan would like to join, he is very welcome, as I know he has done a lot of the day-to-day work. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a calendar invite once you have picked a slot. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Yes, happy to. Wednesday afternoon is better for me. Anything after lunch. The team is using it a lot more than they were. I will have a few examples of excursions we caught earlier because of it, so we can start with the facts. I will ask Dan to come along. Cheers, Kerensa
