Tom Ashdown recapped the 16 Nov 2023 call on the £55k Growth proposal. Kerensa Trelease backed the use case and left price and terms to Philip Annear, who has not replied in the thread.

Ask: Philip wanted to know who would use it and what it saves. Tom pointed him to Kerensa and aimed to send the order form ahead of 14 Dec 2023.

Customer view: Kerensa is supportive. The test is whether account managers can see excursions, orders and contract review in one place and tell the client first.

Next: Price and terms sit with Philip, the Finance Director. There is no response from him in the thread.

Hello all, Thanks for the call today. A quick note so we all have the same picture. We discussed the Growth proposal, which comes to £55,100 in total, including the one-off implementation fee. I'll confirm the split between implementation and subscription in the order form so there is no ambiguity. Philip, you asked who would be using it and what it saves you. Kerensa is best placed to talk about the account managers, and I'd suggest she shares what she expects the first few weeks to look like. I've copied Owen, our VP Sales, as he will want to be across any commercial points. Our target is to get the order form to you ahead of 14 Dec 2023. Best, Tom

Tom, Thanks. Notes from my side. The account managers are the people who will use it, so the test is simple: can they see a client's excursions, orders and contract review in one place and tell the client first? That's what we saw in the demo. Wes is keen and will be the first to try it. Price and terms are Philip's, so I'll leave those with him. Philip, shout if you need anything from me before the order form comes. Cheers, Kerensa
