Hannah Lowe wrote to Euan Rattray to arrange a first security review session and asked for his questionnaire and open findings. There is no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Hannah offered to run BG-Demo's Enterprise security review, starting from Euan's questions rather than a deck. She asked for a couple of times the following week.

Customer view: none is recorded, as Euan did not reply in this thread.

Next: Hannah will read the questionnaire and findings beforehand and answer in writing. She will check uncertain answers with the head of security first.

Dear Euan, I'm Hannah Lowe, the solutions engineer at BG-Demo. I run our security reviews for Enterprise, and Tom Ashdown has asked me to take your team through ours for Corstorphine. To be precise about what I'd like from the first session: I would rather start with the questions you most need answered than present a deck at you. If you can send me your supplier security questionnaire and any open findings you already hold, I'll read them beforehand and come prepared with written answers. Where I'm not certain of an answer, I'll check it with our head of security before I say anything, and I'll put the result in writing. The short answer to how BG-Demo is deployed is that the brain runs inside your own Snowflake account. The longer answer covers who has access to what, and where, and I'd rather go through that with you with a diagram in front of us. Could you let me know a couple of times next week that suit you? Around an hour should be enough for a first pass, and we can book a follow-up if it isn't. Thanks, Hannah Hannah Lowe Solutions Engineer, BG-Demo
