What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Gregory Hasselbeck says the expansion proposal reads fine but he will not sign until privacy and security approve. He wants close to no time risk for his team. 13 Nov 2026 signature is workable if they are comfortable.
Ask: Jordan Pike set out the expansion proposal at a total deal value of £12k, separate from the contracted £50k a year Growth contract with 40 licensed users. He asked Greg what would make it a yes.
Customer view: Greg is positive at a high level but conditional: "I will not sign until privacy and security have approved." He sends scope to Danielle and wants minimal effort from his team.
Next: Engage privacy and security early and get scope from Danielle. The 13 Nov 2026 date is a plan, and Greg accepts it can move.

- Jordan Pike 5 Oct 2026 14:23Hi Danielle, hi Greg, Thanks again for the time on our last call. Here's where we are, so nothing is a surprise on either side. The expansion proposal is with you both. The total deal value is £12,000. To be transparent, that is the deal total for the expansion, not an annual price. Your current Growth contract is unchanged by it: contracted at £50,000 a year, with 40 licensed users. From what we see, more of your team are using the brain than last quarter, and support has been quiet, which is what I like to see. Danielle, I know the liaisons are the ones asking the questions, so your view on what they need next carries the most weight here. Three things I'd like from you: - Greg, what would make this a yes? If there is a concern on cost, risk or your team's time, I would rather hear it now. - Danielle, a short note on which teams you would want in first, so I can tighten the scope. - Both, tell me whether privacy and security want to see anything before this goes further. I will not push anything through ahead of them, and I will answer their questions straight. Our working target for signature is 13 Nov 2026. That is a plan, not a deadline, and I would rather it moved than that anyone felt rushed. Thanks, Jordan Jordan Pike Account Executive, US BG-Demo
- Gregory Hasselbeck 7 Oct 2026 17:23Jordan, Thanks for this. The proposal reads fine at a high level. Danielle has the detail on the team side, so please work through her on scope. I will not sign until privacy and security have approved. Send them whatever they ask for, and let me know only if something is a problem. What's the risk to my team's time? I would like it to be close to none. 13 Nov 2026 is workable if they are comfortable. If not, we move it. Keep it simple.
