Jordan Pike asked Danielle Okonkwo for a 30-minute proposal walkthrough. She accepted Wednesday at 11:00, wants it one-to-one first, cannot commit budget without Greg, and asked how it sits against the 40 users.

Ask: Jordan wanted thirty minutes and asked whether Greg should attend. Danielle chose Wednesday at 11:00 and asked for the proposal ahead of the call.

Customer view: She is engaged but is not the budget holder: "I can't commit budget without Greg". She wants plain terms on what it means for the liaisons and how it sits against the 40 users already held.

Next: Send the proposal before the call and prepare a short, decision-led version for Greg if he joins.

Hi Danielle, To be transparent, I'd like to keep this one tight. Here's where we are: after our last conversation I've pulled the proposal together, and I'd like to walk you through it before it goes anywhere else. I'd suggest thirty minutes. Could you do Monday or Wednesday next week? Mornings are best on my side, Central time works fine, and I can do 09:30 or 11:00 on either day. One question so I get the right people in the room: do you want Greg there, or would you prefer we go through it first and you take it to him? I don't want to create work for his team that isn't needed. What would make this a yes for you? Tell me and I'll build the walkthrough around it. Thanks, Jordan Jordan Pike Account Executive, US, BG-Demo

Jordan, Thanks for the note. Good to see this moving. Wednesday at 11:00 works for me. Let's go through it first, just you and me. I can't commit budget without Greg, so I'd rather know exactly what I'm taking to him. Then we can set up a short call with him if he wants one. He likes few words and a clear decision to make. Two things I'd like you to cover: - What it would mean for the liaisons, in plain terms - How it sits against the 40 users we already have Send me the proposal ahead of the call if it's ready. I'd like to read it before we talk. On 24 Sep 2026, at 10:09, Jordan Pike wrote: > I'd suggest thirty minutes. Could you do Monday or Wednesday next week? Thanks, Danielle
