Hollie Grieve proposed a QBR and Danielle Okonkwo accepted a Thursday at 14:00 for an hour. She shared another field win, asked to include Trent and Greg's summary, and wants a view of top liaison questions by Friday.

Ask: Danielle accepted the QBR, wants Trent Nakamura there to discuss connectors, and asked for a view of what the liaisons ask most for her leadership update.

Customer view: she repeated a field story of a liaison arriving at a hospital meeting knowing the referrer's full history, and said it is why the brain was brought in.

Next: Hollie prepares the question view and sends Greg a short summary afterwards.

Hi Danielle, Hope the week is off to a good start. I'd like to get our next quarterly business review in the diary, and I wanted to check what works best for you before I send anything formal. A few things I'd like to cover: - How the liaisons are using the brain day to day, and what usage looks like across the referral-relations team - Anything you want from the brain that it isn't giving you yet - A quick look at connectors and what is running well - Where you would like to take it over the next few months Usage has been climbing nicely this quarter, so I think it will be a good conversation. I'd suggest about an hour. Would a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon next week suit you? I'm happy to work around your calendar, and Trent is welcome too if you would like him to join. If Greg would find a short summary useful afterwards, I can write one up for him. Best, Hollie Hollie Grieve Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo

Hollie, Great timing. Quick win from the field: one of our liaisons walked into a hospital meeting this week already knowing the referrer's full history. The referrer noticed. That's exactly why we brought the brain in. Thursday works for me. Let's say 14:00 if that suits you. An hour is fine. Yes, please loop in Trent. He will want to talk connectors and which source wins when numbers don't match. And yes, send Greg the short summary afterwards. He likes things brief. One ask: can you bring a view of what the liaisons are asking most? I need this by Friday for my own leadership update, so even a rough cut is fine.
