Current to 13 Oct 26Mostly scheduling: Hollie Grieve and Danielle Okonkwo fixed a Thursday 15:00 Central check-in. Danielle asked for simple examples of how questions asked are trending, for the leadership team.
Ask: Danielle wants a couple of examples from her own data showing question trends, kept simple for leadership. Hollie agreed to prepare a short set and to build in any referrers the liaisons name.
Customer view: Things are busy in a good way, and liaisons say they walk in prepared. Hollie reported nothing waiting in the support queue and nothing overdue.
Next: Hollie to send the invite and the examples before Thursday.

- Hollie Grieve 20 Aug 2026 11:55Hi Danielle, Thanks again for the time on our last call. I wanted to follow up on what we agreed and get the next check-in booked while it is fresh. Things look steady from here. Your team is using the brain regularly, there is nothing waiting in the support queue and nothing is overdue on the account, so this is more a chance to hear how it is landing in the field than to fix anything. Would sometime in the next couple of weeks suit you? I can do mornings or afternoons, whichever works better with your Central time diary. If the liaisons can join again, that would be brilliant. Best, Hollie
- Danielle Okonkwo 21 Aug 2026 13:09Hi Hollie, Sounds good. Things are busy, but in a good way. The liaisons keep telling me they walk in prepared, and that makes my life easier. Thursday next week at 15:00 Central works for me. Let's loop in the liaisons again, I will make sure two of them are free. It would help if you could bring a couple of examples from our own data showing how the questions asked are trending. I need something simple for the leadership team. Thanks, Danielle
- Hollie Grieve 24 Aug 2026 08:24Hi Danielle, Perfect, Thursday at 15:00 Central it is. I will send a calendar invite this morning and you can forward it to the liaisons. I will put a short, plain set together from your own account so you can lift it straight into the leadership update. If the liaisons have particular referrers they would like to see, ask them to send me the names beforehand, by role or by organisation, and I will build those in. Speak Thursday. Best, Hollie
