What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Hollie Grieve asked for a check-in and mentioned room on the 40-user licence. Danielle Okonkwo agreed, praised the field result, and raised seats herself: more people are asking for access than she expected.
Ask: Hollie proposed a short check-in on how the liaisons use the brain and who else could be brought in. Danielle accepted, wants liaisons and patient services present, and needs an agenda by Friday to brief the leadership team.
Customer view: She describes a liaison arriving at a hospital meeting already knowing the referrer's history, which is what she wanted. She raised seats unprompted.
Next: Hollie should send the agenda and prepare options for extra users on the Growth licence. The evidence does not show a price or a decision.

- Hollie Grieve 9 Jul 2026 14:10Hi Danielle, I hope the week is going well. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for next week, so we can look at how the liaisons are getting on with the brain now that the teams have had a few months with it. Usage has grown a lot since you started, which is lovely to see, and I'd like to hear what's working in the field and what isn't. There's also room on the licence, as you have 40 users, so we can talk about who else could be brought in. Would Tuesday or Wednesday suit you? Thirty minutes is plenty. If you'd like anyone from patient services to join, just say. Kind regards, Hollie
- Danielle Okonkwo 9 Jul 2026 15:10Hi Hollie, Great timing. One of the liaisons told me this week that she walked into a hospital meeting already knowing the referrer's history, and the referrer noticed. That's exactly what I wanted. Wednesday works for me. Afternoon Chicago time is best. Let's loop in the liaisons for the first part. I want them to say what's missing, not just me. I'll ask patient services too, and I'll get you the names. I need the agenda by Friday so I can brief the leadership team on what we're going to cover. I'd also like to talk about seats. We have more people asking for access than I expected, so I want to understand what's possible. Thanks, Danielle
