Danielle Okonkwo agreed to two training sessions with Hollie Grieve, liaisons first, with Trent in the room. Hollie noted only a handful of the 40 licensed users have been logging in.

Ask: Hollie proposed a liaison session and a shorter patient-services session. Danielle accepted, wanting Tuesday or Wednesday mornings, no Fridays, and examples about referrers and referral trends with no patient details.

Customer view: positive and engaged. She wants the proposed slots by Friday so she can send invites.

Next: Hollie sends slots, and Danielle confirms headcount with her team.

Hi Danielle, Thanks again for your time on the call last week. As promised, I'm following up to get the training sessions into the diary. What I'd suggest is one session for the referral-relations liaisons, focused on pulling up a single view of a referring hospital and asking the brain questions in plain language. If it helps, we can run a second, shorter session for the patient-services team afterwards, so they see the same material from their side. A few things would help me plan: - Which days suit the liaisons best. Mornings tend to work well for us, but you know their schedules far better than I do. - Whether Trent should join, since he is the admin and will field most of the follow-up questions. - Roughly how many people you expect, so I can pitch the session at the right level. Only a handful of your 40 licensed users have been logging in so far, which is not unusual at this stage, but a good session should help with that. Could you let me know your preferences by the end of next week? I'm happy to work around whatever suits you. Thanks, Hollie Hollie Grieve Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo

Hi Hollie, Thanks for this. Let's do it. Two sessions works for me. Liaisons first. They are in the field most of the week, so Tuesday or Wednesday mornings are best, before they head out to see referrers. Please avoid Fridays, that's when they do their weekly wrap-up. Yes, let's loop in Trent. He should be in the room for both sessions. He'll be the one they ping when something looks off. On numbers, I'd plan for most of the liaisons, so please size it for a full group. I will confirm the exact headcount with the team this week. One ask: keep the examples about referrers and referral trends, not generic demos. That is what gets the liaisons' attention. And no patient details in anything you send ahead, please. Keep it to the referring organizations. I need the proposed slots by Friday so I can get the invites out. Thanks, Danielle
