Outsourcing assessment and register entry

Hello Matteo, A short note to let you know that we have completed the outsourcing assessment for the BB-Demo service, and the entry in our register of ICT third-party arrangements is now made. For your records, the entry shows the Growth tier, 40 licensed users, an annual contracted value of £50,000 and the contract end of 2 Feb 2027. The data location is recorded as the EU region, as agreed during the security review. Could you confirm that these details match your own contract record? I have checked the details against the executed order form and they match: Growth tier, 40 licensed users, £50,000 annually and the end date of 2 Feb 2027. The contract start in our records is 3 Feb 2026, in case your register carries it as well. One point I would rather say plainly: the order form is the document that decides terms, so if your register ever needs a reference, please quote that and not any earlier draft. Let me confirm that in writing once more if your auditors ask for it, and I will send a signed copy on request.
