Current to 13 Oct 26Holly Tranter confirmed to Daniel Okafor that usage has fallen: some directors went back to their own spreadsheets and she has been pulled onto other projects. A half-hour call with her and Saskia was agreed.
Customer view: Holly said a few directors have drifted back to spreadsheets since the spring and the brain has slipped down her list. Daniel noted nothing had come through the helpdesk, so this is adoption, not a fault.
Risk: The admin-side contact has little time for the brain, and the directors who stopped asking are not named.
Next: Daniel will invite Holly and Saskia for half an hour on the following Wednesday afternoon. The thread does not show how that call went.

- Daniel Okafor 4 Jun 2026 13:18Hi Holly, I hope the week is treating you well. I wanted to get a check-in into the diary with you and, if she has the time, Saskia. It has been a little while since we sat down properly, and I would like to hear how the team is finding it. I have been looking at activity on the account and it is quieter than it was earlier in the year. Nothing has come through the helpdesk, so I am not reading it as a problem with the brain itself. I would just like to understand what has changed on your side, whether that is the way the directors work, a system moving, or something else I have not heard about. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you in the next week or two? Half an hour is plenty. As you are the person who knows the admin side best, I would value your view before I speak to anyone else. Best wishes, Daniel
- Holly Tranter 5 Jun 2026 09:43Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Yes, I have noticed it as well, it is not just you. A few of the directors have drifted back to their own spreadsheets since the spring and I have not had the time to chase them. Honestly I have been pulled onto other projects and the brain has slipped down my list, which is not great. I can do next Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. I would suggest bringing Saskia in for at least part of it, as she will have a better sense of why the directors stopped asking. I will say now that I am not sure what the answer is. I just did not want you to think nobody had noticed. Regards, Holly
- Daniel Okafor 5 Jun 2026 11:03Hi Holly, Thank you, that is really helpful, and no need to apologise. It is better to hear it plainly. Let us go with Wednesday afternoon. I will send an invitation to you and Saskia, and I will keep it to half an hour so it is easy to say yes to. I will come back to you by the end of today with the exact time once I have checked it against my diary. If it is useful, it would help to hear in the call which directors have gone quiet and what they are using instead. That will tell us more than any of the usage figures. Best wishes, Daniel
