After the 2 Dec 2025 review, Daniel Okafor lists three actions and flags the contract end on 2 Jul 2026. Holly Tranter agrees, will check source systems and the admin list, and asks for usage by team.

Ask: Daniel recaps three actions: Holly checks source systems, he sends a short usage summary, and he watches the 40 licensed users. He says he will raise the next term in the new year.

Customer view: Holly accepts all three points and says she is not aware of source changes. She wants to be sure she is not the only person who can fix a connector that stops loading.

Next: she confirms with system owners, and wants the summary to show which teams ask the most questions. There is no customer response on the renewal.

Hello Saskia, hello Holly, Thank you both for your time today. It was good to hear how the directors are using the brain, and I was glad to see that use has picked up on the previous quarter. Just to close the loop on what we agreed: - Holly will check that the source systems feeding the brain have not changed recently, and tell me if anything needs a second look from our side. - I will send over the short usage summary Saskia asked for, written so that a director can read it in a couple of minutes. - We will keep an eye on the 40 licensed users, and I'll let you know if the team is getting close to the limit. The contract runs to 2 Jul 2026, so I would like to come back to you in the new year to talk about how the next term should look. There is no rush, and nothing is needed from you on that today. Holly, could you reply with anything you would like me to pick up from the admin side? Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for the summary of the call. Noted on all three points. On the source systems: I have not heard of any changes from the teams that own them, but I will ask this week and confirm either way. I'll also check that the admin list is still right, as I want to be sure it is not only me who can fix things if a connector stops loading. One question from the admin side. When you send the usage summary, could it show which teams are asking the most questions? It would help me decide where to run a short refresher. I'll come back to you once I have heard from the system owners. Kind regards, Holly
