Time for our next check-in?

Hi Saskia, I hope the week has been kind to you. Thank you again for your time at our last conversation, I always come away with a better feel for how the directors are using the brain day to day. I'd like to book our next check-in before the contract anniversary on 2 Jul 2025 comes round, so we have room to talk about how the year has gone and what you would like from the next one. There is no big agenda. I'd like to hear how the team is finding it, what the client-account directors are asking for, and whether anything has changed in the systems feeding the brain. Hi Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, the weekend swallowed your note and today has been all client reviews. Thursday at 14:00 works for me. Can we make it a bit longer than usual? I'd like to go through what the directors actually use before reviews, and what they ignore. The directors need this to be simpler, and I'd rather be honest about where we are than dress it up. I may bring Desmond for the last part if finance has questions about the renewal paperwork. I'll confirm that on the day. Best, Saskia

Hi Saskia, No need to apologise, thank you for coming back to me so quickly. Thursday at 14:00 is booked, and I'll block out extra time so we're not watching the clock. Honest is exactly what I'm after. Bring Desmond by all means, it will be good to have finance in the room for the renewal side of things. To make the time count, I'll look over the usage picture beforehand and bring a few thoughts on how to make the pages simpler for the directors.
