Current to 13 Oct 26Jess Ferrand, already a daily user, agreed with Callie Brennan a short Thursday 14:00 hands-on session on live client reviews. Some of her team have not logged in yet.
Ask: Jess wants the session short and aimed at review prep, because a client asked what had changed on their account. She wants that answer in seconds.
Customer view: she does not need the basics and warns that some team members have not logged in yet.
Next: Jess sends the attendee list and review examples, and Callie sends the invite. The session sits under Growth, which Callie says covers forty users.

- Callie Brennan 12 Sep 2024 12:20Hi Jess, Thanks for your time on the call. As promised, here is the plan for getting your technology client-account team trained. What I'd like to do is run one hands-on session on your own client data, so everyone sees their own accounts rather than a demo. Before we switch on the session, what I need from your side is: - a list of the directors who should attend (Growth covers forty users, so there is plenty of room) - two or three client reviews coming up that we can use as live examples - a meeting room or call link that works for the group I can do Tuesday at 10:00 or Thursday at 14:00 next week. Which suits you better? I'll send a short setup note afterwards so anyone who missed it can catch up. Thanks, Callie
- Jess Ferrand 12 Sep 2024 15:13Hi Callie, Thanks. Tuesday is no good, I'm with a client most of the day. Thursday at 14:00 works. To be honest I'm already in the tool most days, I used it this morning before a call, so I don't need the basics. Can we keep it short and aimed at the review prep? The client asked me straight out last week what had changed on their account since the last quarter and I want to get that answer in seconds, not minutes. I'll get you the list of names from the team tomorrow. Some of them won't have logged in yet, so be gentle with them. Jess
- Callie Brennan 13 Sep 2024 17:40Hi Jess, Thursday at 14:00 it is. I've put it in the diary and will send the invite to you to forward to the team. Here's how I'll run it: 1. A short opening: how to ask the brain for a client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints in one go. 2. Your live review examples, so you see exactly what a director would see before a meeting. 3. Time at the end for questions from the people who haven't logged in yet. I'll keep it to what helps with review prep and skip the basics. When you send the names, add the client reviews you'd like to use and I'll check each one maps cleanly before the session. Thanks, Callie
