Lewis Kerr recapped a £4,548 expansion deal targeted to close on 14 Sep 2026. Procurement Manager Fiona Marsden wants one-off and recurring charges split on the order form, and asks what the expansion fixes given dipping usage.

Ask: Lewis set out a £4,548 total expansion, co-termed to the 27 Feb 2027 renewal under the existing Enterprise order form. Fiona asked for the one-off and recurring split in writing on the order form itself.

Customer view: she raised falling usage across licensed users, which Bernadette has also flagged, and wants confirmation that service levels and the renewal date are unchanged. She said she is not saying no, but wants answers before the target date.

Next: Lewis owes the commercial terms in one place and a document addressing all three points.

Hello all, Thank you for your time on the call. To put a number on where we are: the expansion deal stands at £4,548 in total, and we are aiming to close it on Monday 14 Sep 2026, which is the date I have in front of me. To recap what I took from the call: - The expansion would sit under your existing Enterprise order form and be co-termed to your renewal on 27 Feb 2027. - The £4,548 is the total value of the expansion deal, not an annual figure. The VAT position is shown on the order form, so I have not quoted it separately here. - Fiona, you asked for the commercial terms in one place before anything goes to Malcolm for signature. I will send that over today. I have copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, as he will be the senior name on this from our side if any terms need to change. Bernadette, I know your team is the heaviest user of the brain, so tell me if there is anything in what we discussed that does not match how your teams are working day to day. I would rather hear it now. Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis, Thank you for the summary. I have a few concerns before I can recommend this to Malcolm. > The £4,548 is the total value of the expansion deal, not an annual figure. I need that in writing on the order form itself, with a clear split between any one-off element and anything recurring. At the moment I cannot tell from your note which is which. Second, usage across the licensed users has dipped over the last quarter, and Bernadette has made the same point to me. I would like to understand what the expansion is meant to fix before we add to the commitment, and what the existing licences would cover in the meantime. Third, please confirm that nothing in this changes the terms of the current Enterprise order form, including service levels and the renewal date. I am not saying no. I would simply like a document that answers these points before Monday, not on it. Kind regards, Fiona Marsden Procurement Manager
