Current to 13 Oct 26Billing email from Rachel Dunmore to Bernadette Lowry issuing invoice INV-076-0008, gross £38k, due 27 Sep 2026. It asks for a PO number and the right invoice address. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Rachel issued the invoice on 28 Aug 2026 and asked Bernadette to confirm the PO number to quote and whether invoices should go to her or a shared mailbox.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was received, queried or paid.
Next: the due date falls on a Sunday and the thread does not show a PO number. Rachel's own note says an invoice without one risks being held later.

- Rachel Dunmore 28 Aug 2026 09:17Hello Bernadette, Please find attached invoice INV-076-0008, issued today, 28 Aug 2026. For your records: - Net amount: £31,875 - VAT: £6,375 - Gross amount: £38,250 - Due date: 27 Sep 2026 Payment terms are thirty days from the date of issue. The due date falls on a Sunday, so please allow for your payment run landing before the weekend. Could you confirm the PO number you need quoted on it? If you want it quoted and we have not had one from you, I would rather add it now than have the invoice held later. Could you also confirm that this is the right address for invoices, or whether your team prefers a shared mailbox? I would rather confirm it has reached the right person now than chase it in a month. If anything on the invoice does not match your ledger, tell me before it ages and I will look at it the same day. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
