Daniel Okafor summarised the review call: steady usage with a small dip, account matching to the CRM, and credit control views. Tariq Saleem says branches are quiet, which he reads as good news, and will check the branch system feed load log.

Customer view: Tariq confirms the summary and says branch feedback is quiet, which for them is mostly good news. The complaints he hears concern emailed spreadsheets, not the brain.

Open point: he believes the branch system feed is the connector in question and will check the load log before saying more. Deepa Chauhan did not reply in the thread.

Next: Daniel wants an answer before the term ends on 27 Feb 2026 and will check in again at the end of the following week.

Hello Deepa, hello Tariq, Thank you both for your time on the review call. I wanted to close the loop in writing while it is fresh. A few things from the conversation as I remember them: - Usage across the branches has been steady, with a small dip against the previous quarter that we agreed is worth watching rather than worrying about. - Tariq, you mentioned wanting to look again at how branch accounts are matched to the CRM. I'd like to understand whether that is a mapping question or something on our side of the connector. - Deepa, you wanted the credit control and key-account views brought into the same monthly review. I'll think about how we can support that with what is already in the brain. Separately, the current term runs to 27 Feb 2026, so Lewis Kerr will be in touch about the renewal paperwork. If anything in the points above should be settled before then, please tell me and I'll come back to you by the end of the week. How is the team finding it at branch level at the moment? I'd value a candid answer. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thanks for the summary, that matches my notes. On the account matching: I'd rather not guess at the cause yet. Which connector is the one you are thinking of? I believe it is the branch system feed, but I'll check the load log before I say anything firmer. If it is a mapping question, that is on our side and I'll sort it with Deepa before touching anything. On branch feedback, honestly it is quiet, which for us is mostly good news. The branches ask the brain what they need and get on with it. The complaints I do hear are about spreadsheets that still get passed around by email, not about the brain. I'll come back to you once I've been through the logs. Cheers, Tariq

Hello both, Thanks, Tariq. Yes, the branch system feed is the one I meant, and you are right to check the load log before we say more. There is no hurry, but it would help to have an answer before the term ends on 27 Feb 2026, so that nothing is left hanging going into the renewal. Deepa, I'll leave the credit control point with you for now. If it would help to have me sit in on the next monthly account-data review, just say and I'll make the time. I'll check in again at the end of next week to see where we have got to. Best wishes, Daniel
