What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor sent formal renewal notice for the Enterprise contract ending 27 Feb 2026. CFO Malcolm Ridgway replied that usage is where he hoped, but wants a written schedule with the base for each figure before anything else.
Ask: Daniel opened a renewal deal at £128k against contracted annual recurring revenue of £116k, with a signing target of 17 Feb 2026. Malcolm asked what the base is for each figure and what is one-off and what recurs.
Customer view: Malcolm is content with usage and welcomed the notice. He will not accept a headline number or a percentage without the base, and wants Bernadette Lowry in credit control to see the paperwork.
Next: Lewis owns the commercial terms and needs to send a line-by-line schedule. The thread does not show whether it was sent or how the renewal ended.

- Daniel Okafor 28 Nov 2025 15:57Dear Malcolm, Thank you for your time over the last year. I wanted to write to you directly, with Lewis copied, because your Enterprise contract runs to 27 Feb 2026 and this is our formal renewal notice ahead of that end date. A little context first. Since you joined us on 28 Feb 2025, the brain has become part of how the branch, key-account and credit-control teams work. Usage across the 200 licensed users has grown well this quarter, and I have been pleased with how the credit-control team in particular has taken to it. Just to close the loop on where we are: your contracted annual recurring revenue is currently £116,500. The renewal deal we have opened comes to £127,500 in total. Lewis owns the commercial terms and will set out exactly what makes up that figure, line by line, so that you can read the schedule properly rather than take a headline number from me. Our working target is to have the renewal signed by 17 Feb 2026, which leaves a comfortable gap before the end date. That is a plan rather than a deadline anyone has imposed, so tell me if your own approval process needs something different. The one thing I would ask is that you let me know who else on your side should see the paperwork, so that nothing waits on an inbox. Best wishes, Daniel
- Malcolm Ridgway 28 Nov 2025 18:05Daniel, Thanks. Clear notice, and welcome. Usage is where I would hope it to be. The team tell me the same. I want the schedule in writing before anything else. The £127,500 against the £116,500 we pay today: what is the base for each, and what is one-off and what recurs? I will not read a percentage without the base. Send it to me and Bernadette Lowry in credit control. She will want to see it too. On 28 Nov 2025, at 15:57, Daniel Okafor wrote: > The renewal deal we have opened comes to £127,500 in total.
