Current to 13 Oct 26Hamza Akhtar asks for a slot for the next onboarding session. Tariq Saleem offers a Thursday or Friday morning and will bring real examples of branch accounts that do not match the CRM, plus a credit control colleague.
Ask: Hamza wanted the session booked, the branch system and CRM matching on the table, and a note of any source systems likely to change.
Customer view: Tariq prefers to look at the matching in the session rather than over email. He knows of no planned source system changes and will check the load log if anything looks odd overnight.
Next: Tariq invites the credit control owner and prepares the list of mismatched branch accounts.

- Hamza Akhtar 28 Apr 2025 16:06Hi Tariq, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. I wanted to get the next onboarding session booked while it is fresh. As discussed, the aim for the next session is to go through the connectors you have already pointed at the brain and agree the order for the remaining ones. It would help to have the branch system and the CRM account matching on the table, since that is where I expect most of the questions to land. Could you let me know which days later this week or early next week suit you? A morning is better for me, but I can work around your diary. If you can also tell me who else on your side should be in the room for the matching part, I will make sure they are invited. One other thing: if you have a note of any source systems that are likely to change in the coming weeks, send it over before the session so I do not plan around something that is about to move. - Tariq Saleem 29 Apr 2025 09:57Hi Hamza, Thanks for the note. Thursday morning or Friday morning both work for me, so pick whichever suits you better and I will block it. On the matching, that is a mapping question and I would rather we looked at it properly in the session than guess over email. I will pull together a short list of the branch accounts that do not line up cleanly with the CRM so we have real examples to work from. I would like the person who owns the credit control view of accounts to join for that part, and I will invite them from my side. On source systems that might change: nothing planned that I know of, but I will check with the team that looks after the branch system and come back to you if that changes. If anything looks odd in the overnight loads before then, I'll check the load log and tell you which connector it relates to. Cheers, Tariq
