Logistical thread to fix the kickoff session. Deepa Chauhan moved it to Friday at 10:00, asked for credit control to attend, and asked whether the setup note covers the 200 licensed users.

Ask: Callie Brennan proposed a two-hour kickoff and asked for an attendee list and written access details. Deepa Chauhan agreed the plan but asked for Friday at 10:00 because of a regional directors' call.

Customer view: Deepa wants credit control in the room, because otherwise account matching gets redone. She expects access details to need chasing through IT.

Next: Callie confirmed Friday at 10:00 and will bring a draft user list for Deepa to mark up. Written access remains the gate for starting any connector.

Hi Deepa, Good to speak earlier. I would like to get the kickoff in the diary this week so we can keep to the onboarding plan. I suggest Thursday at 10:00, for about two hours. The plan for the session is: - Walk through the sources you want connected first, and the order we connect them in - Agree who owns each source on your side - Confirm how accounts will be matched between the branch system and the CRM - Agree the check-ins between now and the first refresh What I need from your side is a short list of the people who should be in the room, and written access details for each source. I do not start a connector without written access, so the sooner those arrive the sooner we can switch things on. Before we switch on the refresh, I will also send a one-page setup note, so everyone is working from the same picture. Does Thursday at 10:00 work for you? Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Thanks for this, the plan is clear. Thursday morning is difficult for me, as the regional directors have a call that I need to be on. Could we do Friday at 10:00 instead? If Friday is no good, Thursday at 14:00 would also work. On the attendees, I would like three groups in the room: my team in commercial systems, our CRM and data platform manager, and someone from credit control. Credit control matter most here. If they are not in the session, we end up redoing the account matching later. I will pull the source list together and send it to you in the morning. Access details I may have to chase through IT, so please bear with me on that. Can I assume the setup note covers the 200 licensed users and how they will be added? Thanks, Deepa

Hi Deepa, Friday at 10:00 is fine, so I have put it in the diary. You should have the invitation shortly. It is good that credit control will be there. That helps the account matching, because they will know which branch accounts get disputed and why. On your question: the setup note will cover the licensed users, but the detail of who is added and when is better settled in the session itself. I will bring a draft for you to mark up. To keep the session useful, what I need from your side is: - The source list, as you said - Access details in writing for the first sources, even if only some arrive before Friday - The names of the people attending, so I can send them the plan If access is still with IT on Friday, we will cover the plan and mapping first and leave the connectors until it lands. Thanks, Callie
