After the 17 Dec 2024 demo, Lewis Kerr restated the Enterprise proposal at £146k plus VAT. Tariq Saleem asked how duplicate trade accounts are matched and how a failed nightly load shows up, before he names systems.

Ask: Tariq wants written answers on branch system to CRM matching and on nightly load failure, shown in the load log. He plans to take them to IT security alongside the questionnaire.

Customer view: Tariq is testing the product rather than objecting. He holds back the system list until both answers are in writing.

Next: Hannah Lowe writes the note. Lewis also keeps 14 Feb 2025 for the order form and points out the £146k is the whole deal, not an annual subscription figure.

Hello Deepa, Tariq, Thank you both for your time today. It was useful to run the demo on your own trade account data, and I thought the account view worked well: orders, disputes, calls and invoices for one customer on a single page. To confirm where we are: you are looking at Enterprise, and I understand you would like an order form signed by 14 Feb 2025. To put a number on it, the proposal as it stands is £146,500 plus VAT. That is the value of the deal as a whole, not an annual subscription figure, and I will send the breakdown over today so you can see what sits inside it. Two things would help me move this on: - Tariq, a list of the systems you would want connected first, branch system and CRM included, so Hannah can draft the connector design. - Deepa, the names of the people in credit control and the regions who should see the next session. Hannah is copied and will put the connector design in writing once she has the list. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BG-Demo

Lewis, Thanks for the note, and for the breakdown. Deepa and I have both read it. A couple of questions before I give you the system list. First, which connector would load the branch system, and how does the brain cope when the same trade account is spelt differently there and in the CRM? You saw a few accounts appear twice in the demo. That is a mapping question, and I would want to know how it is handled before anything goes near the regions. Second, what happens when a nightly load fails? I will want to see that in the load log, not just be told it recovers. If Hannah can put both answers in writing, I can take them to our IT security people at the same time as the questionnaire. Cheers, Tariq

Hello Tariq, Deepa, Thank you, those are the right questions to be asking now. I have passed them to Hannah, who will write a short note covering how duplicate trade accounts are matched between the branch system and the CRM, and what the brain does when a nightly load fails and how you would see it. She will not overstate it, so you may find it more detailed than you expect. On the commercial side, nothing has changed: the proposal remains £146,500 plus VAT for the deal as a whole, and we are still working towards 14 Feb 2025. Daniel Okafor, who would look after adoption once you are live, is happy to join a later session if that helps Deepa's internal case. I will send over a date for a second session separately, so that credit control can be in the room. Kind regards, Lewis
