What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell discloses four tickets in a month, two high priority. CFO Mats Eklund thanks him, asks what they were, how long each took and whether they recur, and will not discuss renewal terms until he has that.
Ask: Mats wants the subject and duration of the two high-priority tickets and whether either has happened before. He also wants to know what changes so it does not repeat.
Customer view: he had already heard of the tickets from Karin's team, and he is holding the renewal terms back.
Next: the term ends 31 May 2026, so BG-Demo owes a ticket account before the renewal moves.

- Marcus Bell 14 Apr 2026 17:02Hi Mats, I wanted to get ahead of the renewal call and mention something first. There have been four tickets in the last month, two of them high priority, which is more than you usually raise. Our support team is working on both and I'm keeping close to them. I'd rather you heard that from me than found it in a report. Usage is still well up on last quarter, but I know that doesn't help if the tickets are getting in the way of your teams. Shall we book 30 minutes this week or next to go through it, ahead of the term ending on 31 May 2026? Thanks, Marcus
- Mats Eklund 14 Apr 2026 19:50Marcus, Thank you for telling me directly. I had seen the tickets mentioned by Karin's team. Before we meet, send me the numbers first: what the two high-priority tickets were about, how long each took, and whether either has happened before. I need to know if this is a one-off. I will not discuss the renewal terms until I have that. And next year? I would like to understand what changes so this does not repeat. Mats Eklund, CFO
