- Marcus Bell 2 Mar 2026 08:05Dear Mats, This is a note to say your Enterprise subscription comes up for renewal, as the current term ends on 31 May 2026. I've copied Tom, who looks after the commercial side. Some facts so you have them early: - Contracted annual recurring revenue today is £103,000, covering 160 licensed users. - The renewal is open on our side with a total deal value of £113,500. Tom will confirm the make-up of that figure with you. - We are aiming to have the paperwork settled by 6 May 2026, which leaves a comfortable gap before the term ends. Usage has been climbing over the last quarter and there are no overdue invoices. I'm happy to put together a short summary of what the brain has been used for, if that would help your review. Thanks, Marcus
- Mats Eklund 5 Mar 2026 10:04Marcus, Thank you for the early notice. Please send me the numbers first. I would like the usage summary, and a breakdown of the £113,500 against the £103,000 we pay today. I will not comment on price until I have both. What is the return? That is what I need to put to the store-investment review, and it will help to see it set against next year as well. Mats Eklund, CFO
