Marcus Bell sends notes: active users up, one closed ticket, headroom on 160 licensed users. Karin Sjöberg agrees with all of it and will ask store managers what they want in the segment view.

Customer view: Karin accepts the summary without challenge and welcomes a call with the store managers. She wants the segment view built around what stores actually use.

Opportunity: the notes point to headroom if store teams come on, but the customer has not asked for more users.

Next: Karin to gather store manager views and propose times.

Hi Karin, Thanks for your time on the check-in yesterday. I've pulled the numbers and here is a short note of what we covered: - Active users are up on last quarter, and the growth is coming from more than one team, which is what we hoped to see. - Only one ticket in the last month, and it is closed. - You have 160 licensed users, so there is still headroom if the store teams want to come on. - Next step: you were going to ask the store managers what they would like to see in the segment view. I'm happy to jump on a call with the store managers if that helps. Shall we book 30 minutes once you have their thoughts? Thanks, Marcus

Hello Marcus, Thank you, this is a clear summary. I agree with all of it. I will ask the store managers next week what they would like to see. I think we should anchor the segment view in what they actually use in the stores, so let us think about it together before we change anything. A call with them would be very welcome. I will come back to you with some times when I have heard from them. Vänliga hälsningar, Karin
