What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Laura Penhaligon asked Bas Vermeulen for slots for a first working session to connect source systems. Bas agreed, offered Tuesday or Thursday mornings, and will bring an IT colleague for credentials.
Ask: Laura wanted two or three slots to connect the first source systems and check that account, ticket and call data lines up.
Customer view: Bas was happy to proceed and asked whether to prepare a list of the fields the team cares about most.
Next: Laura to confirm a slot and answer Bas on preparation.

- Laura Penhaligon 29 Apr 2025 12:48Hi Bas, Thanks for your time on the call earlier this week. As promised, here is a note to get our first working session in the diary. The aim is to connect the first source systems to your brain and check that the account, ticket and call data lines up the way your account managers expect. It would help to have you there as you know the data best, plus anyone who holds the admin credentials for those systems. Could you let me know two or three slots that work for you over the next week or so? Mornings tend to be easiest on my side, but I can flex. Thanks, Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Bas Vermeulen 30 Apr 2025 17:01Hi Laura, Thanks for the follow-up. Happy to do a working session. I can do Tuesday or Thursday next week, mornings preferably, before the operations team gets busy. I will also ask a colleague in IT to join as he handles the access to the ticketing system, and I think we will need him for the credentials. One question: should I prepare anything beforehand, for example a list of the fields we care about most? Let me know. Regards, Bas
