As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Laura Penhaligon asked Pieter van Dam to book the implementation kickoff and list the systems to connect first. Pieter agreed to Thursday morning and pressed for the first exception tickets in the brain as soon as possible.
Ask: Laura wanted a Tuesday or Thursday morning kickoff and a list of the systems to connect first, with an owner for each. Pieter accepted Thursday morning and promised the list the next day.
Customer view: Pieter apologised for the late reply on 31 Mar 2025 and asked for a concrete plan to see exception tickets early. That sets an expectation of quick, visible value.
Next: Laura needs to bring a specific plan for exception tickets to the Thursday session. Pieter owes the systems and owners list.

- Laura Penhaligon 26 Mar 2025 14:08Hello Pieter, I'm Laura, the implementation consultant who will be working with your team. I'd like to book the kickoff session for next week. Tuesday or Thursday would suit me, in the morning if possible. It would help to have you there, plus whoever on your side will look after the systems we connect first. Before the session, could you send me a short list of those systems and who owns each one? That lets us use the time to agree the order of work rather than gathering basics. Kind regards, Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Pieter van Dam 31 Mar 2025 17:28Laura, Sorry for the late reply. It was a busy week with shippers. Thursday morning works for me. I will bring one of my account managers and a colleague from IT. The list of systems and owners follows tomorrow, I will not let that slip. To be clear, I want to see the first exception tickets in the brain as soon as possible. What is the plan for that? Let's make it concrete on Thursday. Groet, Pieter
