What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown sends the Growth tier proposal at £56k. Pieter van Dam says the scope is right and asks for the split of the £56k in writing and for the plan for the first weeks after signature.
Customer view: Pieter read the proposal with two account managers and says the scope is exactly what they need. Shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls together is the core.
Ask: He wants the split of the £56k in writing because Marloes will ask, and wants to know who from BG-Demo works with his team after signature.
Next: Tom had said he would confirm the split between implementation and subscription. The signature target is 21 Mar 2025.

- Tom Ashdown 17 Feb 2025 14:14Hi Pieter, Good to catch up earlier. As promised, I've attached the proposal for the Growth tier, built around what you described: account managers seeing shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls in one place. The total on the proposal is £56,000. I'll confirm the split between the implementation and the subscription before you take it any further, so please treat that as the headline figure only. We're aiming to have an order form with you for signature by 21 Mar 2025, which should leave time for your finance team to look it over. Is there anything in the proposal you'd like me to change before it goes to Marloes? Cheers, Tom
- Pieter van Dam 18 Feb 2025 14:23Tom, Thanks. I read the proposal with two of my account managers. To be clear, the scope is right. Shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls together is exactly what we need. Two questions: - Please send the split of the £56,000 in writing. Marloes will ask for it. - What is the plan for the first weeks after signature? I want to know who from your side works with my team. Let's make it concrete once I have both answers. Groet, Pieter
