What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the demo Pieter van Dam says seeing tickets beside the shipper account and last call saves his team a weekly hunt. He asks about per-account-manager visibility and wants the proposal sent to Marloes with invoice terms.
Customer view: Pieter says the value was seeing the exception tickets next to the shipper account and the last call. His team said this saves them the weekly hunt.
Ask: He asks whether an account manager can see only their own shippers, and wants a clear list of post-signing steps and owners.
Next: Tom Ashdown promises the updated proposal, a written answer on visibility from Hannah Lowe, and a signing target of 21 Mar 2025. Tom's reply came after a gap he apologised for.

- Tom Ashdown 31 Jan 2025 08:44Hi Pieter, Thanks for your time yesterday, and for bringing your account managers along. Hannah is copied here. She will write up what she showed and which connectors your set-up would need, and we would value your view on anything that was unclear. What stood out for you? Best, Tom
- Pieter van Dam 31 Jan 2025 11:12Tom, Useful. To be clear, the part that mattered was seeing the exception tickets next to the shipper account and the last call. My team said that saves them the weekly hunt. One question: can an account manager see only their own shippers? What is the plan for the next step? Groet, Pieter
- Tom Ashdown 5 Feb 2025 11:31Hi Pieter, Sorry for the gap. Hannah will put the answer on shipper-level visibility in writing, so you have it exactly. On the next step, I'll send the updated proposal this week for you and Marloes. The deal value is still £56,000, which I'll confirm in the document itself, and we are working towards 21 Mar 2025 for signing. Cheers, Tom
- Pieter van Dam 6 Feb 2025 17:34Tom, Fine. Please send it to Marloes and me together, and make sure the invoice terms are in it. She will check every line against the contract. Let's make it concrete: I want a clear list of what happens after signing and who owns each step. Groet, Pieter
