Marcus Bell asked for a renewal call; Simon Ashworth accepted Thursday afternoon, half an hour at most, and asked for an invite. Largely logistical, with a curt tone.

Ask: Marcus proposed a call to review where the brain has got to and what Fairhallow Travel wants from the next term, walking through the usage numbers Simon requested.

Customer view: Simon agreed but capped the time: "Half an hour, no more." The thread shows no view on renewal itself.

Next: Send the invite and make the half hour count with usage numbers up front.

Hi Simon, Following on from my renewal notice, I'd like to get a call in the diary to go through where the brain has got to for you and what you'd want from the next term. Your contract runs to 31 Dec 2025, so it would be good to have the conversation well before then. I could do Tuesday or Thursday next week, morning or afternoon, whichever suits you. Half an hour should be plenty. I'll share my screen and walk through the usage numbers you asked about. Thanks, Marcus
