Simon Ashworth asked who will use the brain and what it costs per month before going further. Tom Ashdown explained £52k is a total deal value including implementation. Simon will accept an order form once the subscription line is confirmed.

Ask: Simon wants user numbers and a monthly cost. Tom could not give a per-month figure, saying £52k is neither a monthly nor an annual figure as it stands.

Customer view: guarded but moving forward. His closing line, "We'll review at renewal", signals he will judge value after the first term.

Next: Tom owes the confirmed subscription line, a per-month view and Growth tier user numbers agreed with Owen Tallis.

Hi Simon, Thanks for making time to go through the Growth tier. As we discussed, it would give your account management team one place to see client bookings, service tickets and account reviews together, running inside your own Snowflake account. The deal as it stands is £51,600 in total. That includes the one-off implementation, so I will confirm the split between that and the subscription in writing rather than quote it from memory. I have copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, so he can see where we are. Is there anything else you need from us before we get something in the diary for the order form? Best, Tom

Tom, Who's using it on our side, and what's it costing us per month? I need both before I go further. Simon

Hi Simon, Fair questions, both. On cost: the £51,600 is the total deal value including the one-off implementation, so it is not a monthly or an annual figure as it stands. Leave that with me and I will get the subscription line confirmed and send you a per month view. On users: I would expect it to start with your account management team, then widen if it earns its place. I will confirm the user numbers for the Growth tier with Owen so you have them in black and white. Cheers, Tom

Tom, OK. Send the order form once the subscription line is confirmed. We'll review at renewal. Simon
