Marcus Bell flagged fewer weekly logins and two high-priority tickets. Helen Varley suspects trust renewals are the cause, wants both tickets covered first by trust, and accepted Thursday at 14:00.

Ask: Marcus raised a drop in weekly logins against last quarter and two high-priority tickets in the last month, and asked for thirty minutes.

Customer view: Helen offered a reason for the dip, account managers busy with trust renewals, but wants to check it. She put the tickets first and usage second.

Next: bring ticket status by trust to the call; Helen will gather the account managers' view beforehand.

Hi Helen, I've pulled the numbers for Brannock ahead of our next check-in and a couple of things stand out: - fewer people are logging in each week than last quarter - there have been two tickets in the last month, both marked high priority Nothing dramatic, but I'd like to understand what's behind it before it drifts any further. Happy to jump on a call. Shall we book thirty minutes next week? Wednesday or Thursday afternoon would suit me, or tell me what works better for you. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks for flagging it. A few points from my side: - I suspect the dip is the key-account managers being flat out with trust renewals, but I'd like to check that rather than guess - I want both tickets covered first, by trust, please, and where each one stands - usage after that Thursday afternoon works. Shall we say 14:00? I'll take it to the account managers beforehand so we have their view in the room. Thanks, Helen
