On 28 Sep 2026 Lewis Kerr proposed extra Growth users at £8,000 plus VAT, co-termed to 4 Jan 2027. Rajesh Mistry accepts co-terming but wants usage figures by team before he signs.

Ask: Lewis Kerr proposed additional users on the Growth subscription at £8,000 plus VAT, co-termed to the 4 Jan 2027 contract end date. He asked for the number of extra users and a sign-by date of 30 Oct 2026.

Customer view: Rajesh Mistry wants co-terming, the cost per head without VAT, and usage by team for the last quarter. He will not decide on a call and wants everything in writing.

Next: Rajesh says Gemma Holt tells him the account managers love the tool, and he wants that shown in the numbers and to see where the planners would fit.

Hello Gemma, Rajesh, Thank you both for your time on the call. As promised, here is the proposal for the additional users on your Growth subscription. To put a number on it: the expansion comes to £8,000 plus VAT. It is co-termed to your renewal, so the extra users sit under the same contract end date as the existing sixty licensed users, 4 Jan 2027, and you are not left managing two dates. What I need from you: - Confirmation of how many extra users you want covered, so the quote matches the planners' team exactly. - Whether you would like the order form ready to sign by Friday 30 October 2026, which is the date I have pencilled in on my side. If the numbers need to change after you have seen the usage, tell me and I'll re-issue the quote. I don't want to push you into more seats than the usage supports. I'll send the order form over today if you are happy with the shape of it. Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis, Thanks for the proposal. Three points. First, what's the cost per head on the extra users, once VAT is taken out? I would like to compare it with what we pay per head today. Second, yes, co-term it. One end date is what I want. Third, show me it's used. Before I sign anything, I want the usage figures for the current users, by team, over the last quarter. Gemma tells me the account managers love it. Good. I want to see that in the numbers as well, and I want to see where the planners would fit. I won't decide on a call. Send it in writing and I'll go through it properly. Friday 30 October 2026 is workable if the figures hold up.
