On customer service: can we get them on as well? What would it cost to add them once the planners are in? I'm not asking for anything to be signed now, Rajesh would want to see it used first, I just want to know the number so I can plan. My suggestion is that we let the planners start first and look at real usage together before putting a further batch of users on paper. I would rather quote you from the figures than from a guess, and I will not recommend more seats than the usage supports. When you are ready, I'll price it co-termed to your renewal, again with the VAT position shown. For now, the order form for the twenty users is the only thing that needs a signature, and it is still on track for 17 Jun 2026. Kind regards, Lewis
