Lewis Kerr quotes £4,405 plus VAT for extra users, co-termed to 4 Jan 2027. Gemma Holt is positive but cannot promise the pencilled 17 Jun 2026 close, as Rajesh wants to see usage first.

Ask: Gemma wants customer service on the brain this week once agreed, and asks what a few more users would cost later.

Customer view: she says the account managers love it and she would be surprised if Rajesh said no, but he wants to see it earning its place.

Next: Lewis will send the order form the same day Rajesh confirms. This thread does not show that confirmation.

Hi Gemma, As promised, the quote for the additional users. To put a number on it, it comes to £4,405 plus VAT, co-termed to your renewal on 4 Jan 2027, so it sits alongside your existing Growth subscription of 40 licensed users rather than starting a new term. This is the figure from the price book, not from memory, and there is no change to the rest of your agreement. I have pencilled the close for Wednesday 17 Jun 2026, but only if Rajesh is happy. There is no pressure from our side. Two questions so I can tidy the order form: - Which team should the new users come from first? - Does Rajesh want anything else in the document before he reviews it? I'll send the order form over as soon as I hear. Kind regards, Lewis

Hi Lewis, Thanks, this is great. Customer service first, then the planners. The account managers love it, so I think the others will too. I've sent it to Rajesh. He's looking at the usage numbers Amara shared and wants to see it's earning its place before he signs. That's just how he works! I'd be surprised if he said no, but I can't promise Wednesday. Can we get customer service on this week once it's agreed? What would it cost to add a few more further down the line if we need them? Cheers, Gemma

Hi Gemma, Thanks, and no problem on timing. The 17 Jun 2026 date was only pencilled in, so nothing has lapsed. The quote of £4,405 plus VAT stands as sent. On your questions: once Rajesh confirms, I'll send the order form the same day and Amara can plan the access for customer service with you. If you want a few more users down the line, they can be priced the same way and co-termed to 4 Jan 2027, and I'll give you the figure from the price book at that point rather than guess now. If it helps, I'm happy to give Rajesh ten minutes on the numbers. Just say the word. Kind regards, Lewis
