- Alice Brewer 4 Jun 2026 15:09Dear Kelly, I'm Alice Brewer, Head of Marketing at BG-Demo. I'm writing to invite you to our Customer Day in London on Thursday 11 June 2026. The day is for people who use the brain every day, or are about to. You'll hear from other customers about how they bring CRM, calls, tickets and finance data into one place, and there will be time to talk with our product and customer success teams about what you would like next. I'm writing to you in particular because customer service at Harrowden Foods is starting to use the brain alongside commercial insights. The story here is how complaints, orders and retailer accounts look when they sit together, and I think other customers would learn a lot from hearing how you approach it. If you would like to come, reply to this email and I'll send you the practical details and the agenda. If a colleague from your team would like to join you, tell me and I'll add them. I'd be glad to see you there. Best, Alice
