Current to 13 Oct 26Gemma Holt asked what twenty more users would cost. Lewis Kerr quoted two blocks at £4,000 each, £8,000 plus VAT, co-termed to the 4 Jan 2027 renewal. Gemma needs her director's sign-off.
Ask: Gemma wants customer service on the brain before the next retailer reviews, on top of the 40 users in the Growth subscription.
Customer view: positive and expects approval, but cannot sign without her director. She also asked for confirmation that customer service get full access.
Next: Lewis was to send the formal quote, which stays an open item until it is accepted. The thread does not show it was sent or signed.

- Gemma Holt 14 May 2026 10:38Hi Lewis, Quick one. The account managers love the brain and customer service are now asking for access as well. We're at 40 users today and I can see we'll need more than that. What would it cost to add twenty more? Ideally I'd like to get them on before the next round of retailer reviews, so the sooner the better. Cheers, Gemma
- Lewis Kerr 14 May 2026 12:33Hi Gemma, Thanks for the note, and good to hear customer service are keen. To put a number on it: user add-ons come in blocks of ten, so twenty more users is two blocks at four thousand pounds each, eight thousand pounds in total, plus VAT. That sits on top of the 40 users in your Growth subscription, and it would be co-termed to your renewal on 4 Jan 2027, so there's one date to manage rather than two. I'm happy with the usage as it stands, so I don't think this is a stretch. I'll send the formal quote over today so you have it in writing, with the VAT position set out on it. If it helps, I can also join a call with whoever signs this off at your end. Kind regards, Lewis
- Gemma Holt 14 May 2026 15:01Hi Lewis, That's clear, thanks. Co-terming makes sense to me. I'll take the quote to my director as soon as it lands and I'll come back to you early next week. I don't expect any trouble, as the account managers' results speak for themselves, but I can't sign anything without them. Can you confirm customer service would get the same access as everyone else, not a cut-down version? Cheers, Gemma
