On 9 Feb 2026 Gemma Holt reported an account manager saved time with a complaints summary and that the team loves the brain. Hamza Akhtar had flagged slow order lookups and wants another session.

Customer view: positive on value. Gemma gave a concrete time-saving example and said customer service has only looked briefly.

BG-Demo concern: Hamza noted a couple of order lookups were slower than he would like. Gemma had not noticed them herself.

Next: a session of about an hour, on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday first thing, to walk through the lookups and test customer service's reaction.

Hi Gemma, A quick note to line up the next onboarding session. Since our last working session I have gone through the questions your account managers tried, and most of the answers came back as expected. A couple of the order lookups were slower than I would like, and I want to walk through those with you rather than guess at the cause. I would suggest another session of about an hour, ideally with someone from customer service if they have been given a first look. That way we can see whether the complaint data answers the sort of thing they would ask. Could you send me a few times that suit you over the next week or so? No rush if the retailer review is taking over your diary. Thanks, Hamza Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo

Hi Hamza, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a mad few days. Retailer review prep ate the whole week. Good news first: one of the account managers used the brain to pull together a complaints summary for a retailer meeting and it saved her ages. The account managers love it. I will try to get her to show you. Customer service have had a look but only briefly, so I would not expect much from them yet. Maybe worth doing the session anyway and let me see what they make of it. I can do Wednesday afternoon or Thursday first thing. Whichever suits you. Happy to hear more about those slow lookups, I did not notice them myself but the team may have. Cheers, Gemma
