As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hamza Akhtar proposed hands-on training for account managers using Harrowden Foods' own retailer accounts. Gemma Holt chose Tuesday at ten and asked that the customer service lead sit in to listen.
Ask: Hamza wants a training session of around an hour on two or three real accounts, ideally with a recent service complaint.
Customer view: Gemma is engaged, will pick three accounts including one with a service-level complaint, and wants the customer service lead to see what account managers see.
Next: Confirm Tuesday morning and receive the three accounts from Gemma.

- Hamza Akhtar 13 Jan 2026 15:58Hi Gemma, Following last week's session, the first connectors are in good shape and I would like to move on to getting the account managers hands-on. My suggestion is a practical training session of around an hour, using your own retailer accounts so they see their own data rather than a demo. It would help if you picked two or three accounts you know well, ideally ones where there has been a service complaint recently, so we can show orders and complaints side by side. Could you let me know what days next week suit the team? I will fit around you. Kind regards, Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Gemma Holt 14 Jan 2026 16:13Hi Hamza, Sorry for the slow reply, yesterday got away from me. Tuesday or Wednesday next week is best. Mornings, before the account managers get pulled into calls. I would say ten o'clock Tuesday if you can do it. On accounts, I will pick three and send them over. One of them is a big one where we had a service-level complaint, so that should make the point nicely. Can the customer service lead sit in too, just to listen? I would like her to see what the account managers see. Cheers, Gemma
