On 10 Dec 2025 Lewis Kerr sent the Growth order form, £62k in total. Rajesh Mistry asked for cost per head, confirmation that the figure is not annual, and proof of usage before he signs.

Ask: Rajesh Mistry wanted cost per head for the licensed users, confirmation that £62k covers the whole order form and not the yearly subscription, and a view of usage reporting in the first quarter.

Customer view: He liked the demo on his own data but will not pay for shelfware, so proof of use is his condition for signing.

Next: Lewis Kerr confirmed the figure is the total, not an annual price, and offered a short note on the per-head calculation. Amara Obi is to cover active users and questions asked in onboarding, with a close date of 12 Dec 2025 unless Rajesh needs longer.

Rajesh, The order form for the Growth tier is now ready for your signature. It is attached to this email. To put a number on it, the total value of the order form is £62,000, with VAT added on the invoice. The form itself sets out how that splits between the subscription and the one-off implementation work, so please read it alongside the proposal we walked through last week. We are aiming to close by Friday 12 Dec 2025 so that the implementation team can start the project in the new year. If anything in the form needs changing, tell me today and I'll send that over a revised copy straight away. Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis, Thanks. Three questions before I sign. First, what's the cost per head once the licensed users are counted? I want to compare it with the other tools my planners already use. Second, the £62,000 is the figure for the whole order form, not the yearly subscription. Please confirm that, so I report the right number to our finance team. Third, show me it's used. I saw the demo on our own data and it was good, but I don't pay for shelfware. What will the usage reporting look like in the first quarter? Regards, Rajesh

Rajesh, Understood, and fair questions. On the figure: yes, £62,000 is the total value of the order form. It is not an annual price. The subscription and the implementation are shown as separate lines in the form, and your finance team should work from those lines. I would rather you took the split from the executed document than from my memory of it. On cost per head: I'd rather not quote that from memory either. The order form states the number of licensed users, and you can divide the subscription line by that. If you would like, I'll set the calculation out in a short note so you have it in writing. On usage: the CSM, Amara Obi, will take you through active users and questions asked as part of onboarding, and you will see the same figures at the check-ins. You can judge whether the tool earns its place on those numbers rather than on my say-so. If you are comfortable, I'd still like to close by Friday 12 Dec 2025. If you need longer, let me know and we will agree a date that works for you. Kind regards, Lewis
