What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor gave formal notice of the Growth renewal, copying Tom Ashdown. Craig Oduya said all supplier contracts are under review against an in-house platform and asked for the exit position in writing before any call.
Ask: Craig wants in writing what Calderbrook holds, what it can take away and how that works if the subscription ends on 1 Sep 2026.
Customer view: He cannot say what the next term looks like. Every supplier contract is being reviewed against the platform strategy, and he will only find a slot once he has the exit note.
Next: Tom and Daniel owe the written exit position. BG-Demo had hoped to settle paperwork by 6 Jul 2026, and the thread shows no agreement to that.

- Daniel Okafor 3 Jun 2026 11:56Hello Craig, I hope the week is treating you well. I'm writing to give you formal notice that your Growth subscription is coming up for renewal, with the current term ending on 1 Sep 2026. For reference, that is the annual £44,000 subscription with 40 licensed users, in place since 2 Sep 2024. Nothing needs deciding today. I'd simply like us to find half an hour in the coming weeks to talk through how the team has been using the brain, what you would want from a next term, and anything we could be doing better. Tom has been your account lead since the start, so I've copied him in. He will pick up the commercial side whenever you're ready, and we'd like to have the paperwork settled by 6 Jul 2026 if that works for you. Just to close the loop, I'll come back to you by the end of next week with a couple of times, unless you'd rather suggest some yourself. Best wishes, Daniel
- Craig Oduya 5 Jun 2026 10:37Daniel, Thanks for the notice. Noted. Calderbrook is consolidating its data on one in-house platform, built on our existing Microsoft estate. Every supplier contract is being reviewed against the platform strategy, and this one is no exception. We're building that capability in-house, so I can't tell you today what the next term looks like. Before we speak: what's our exit position? I'd like to see in writing what we hold, what we can take with us and how that would work in practice if the subscription ends on 1 Sep 2026. Once I have that, I'm happy to find a slot.
